Booked Deliveries We will always aim to get deliveries dispatched and received within 1/3 days, However we understand that some of our customers live busy lives and can not always be around. our order will be with you within 1/3 working days of placing your order for most of our products, in fact, some of our tiles will be delivered next working day if placed before 10am, however we advise that you check the product page of your desired tiles, under specification check if their is a specific time scale. If the tiles are out of stock when ordering, we will update the product page to display the estimated time of arrival, most of our tiles are manufactured abroad and are sent via shipping so we can not guarantee delivery dates for out of stock items although we do our best to keep our customers updated. Items that could offer a next working day delivery on the product page only applies if ordered by 10am. Due to this quick turn around you may not received a dispatch confirmation.
